Enablement

  1. Contact your CSM or the Support team to enable the new Maui Resume.
  2. For the desired Security Role, enable Form Viewer. This should be enabled under the Myself tab to allow users to view their own resume,  and/or enabled from the My Team tab to allow users to view others’ resumes.
  3. From the Security Role settings, any Security Role with Resume Generator (found under the Reporting and Analytics tab) and Resume Builder (found under the Administration tab) should be disabled. These pages do not impact the new Maui Resumes.
  4. Additionally, Maui Resumes utilize a new data model. Once enabled, the old templates will need to be rebuilt. Please ask your CSM or Support team for assistance.
  5. Optional: To utilize the AI features within the Maui Resume, under Company Settings, Features Tab, enable the “Grant Permission to Use AI Features" setting.

New Features in Maui Resumes

  1. AI - Instead of manually parsing long histories, users and managers can rely on Maui’s AI to highlight patterns, summarize growth, and identify strengths or gaps - ideal for performance check-ins, development conversations, or workforce planning.
  2. Assessment Comments are now available on the resume (see screenshot below)
  3. New resumes are compatible with the Maui Mobile App
  4. Proxy access now fully supports resumes, ensuring resume visibility and icons display correctly when acting on behalf of another user
